Number one on “The List” is Rep. Elise Stefanik

No private American citizen and their job is safe from this former member of the 118th; now a member of the 119th;

Number one on “The List” is Rep. Elise Stefanik.

Is trying to get someone fired harassment?

Yes. It also makes you a worse person than the person you’re trying to get fired, and the weakest link.

In 2023 Rep. Elise Stefanik used her official position to harass a private citizen into resigning because they did not support her causes. Stefanik’s misuse of her public office constitutes the crime of harassment and her personal attack on a private citizen was for her own personal and political gains and the favor of a foreign government.

In December of 2023 Rep. Elise Stefanik took it upon herself to personally perform a job assessment and undermine the confidence of some of the most important PRIVATELY funded Universities in America. Elise Stefanik personally saw to it that the president of Penn state resigned, and then promptly set her sites on the presidents of MIT, and Harvard.

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology is a private research university in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. Established in 1861, MIT has played a significant role in the development of many areas of modern technology and science.

MIT has done more for this country than Rep. Elise Stefanik could ever dream in her life and yet she elected herself queen and ruler of her kingdom in New York.

The state of Massachusetts, officially the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, is a state in the New England region of the Northeastern United States, and Massachusetts is not NEW YORK, for the record and neither is Penn State, write that down, Liz.

The president of Penn State does not now or then nor has ever worked for Rep. Elise Stefanik nor did she work for any member of the government at the time she was overtly pressured to resign by the force of will of one member of the 118th congress – Rep. Elise Stefanik, after several hours of a deliberately spurious encounter at hearings arranged for such a nefarious purpose in December of 2023, Stefanik was successful in her bid to unethically force the resignation of a private citizen for political gain, and the benefit of a foreign government.

“One down. Two to go.” Was the quote that Rep. Elise Stefanik used after the Penn State president offered her resignation. A witch was on the hunt or whatever but that was done in the hearing was not law abiding or law making activities, it was more than unethical especially paired with the intent to conceal the derelict president’s cognitive abilities from the American people so that aid to Israel and Ukraine could be free flowing without any pesky resistance from the peasants in other states that ARE NOT NEW YORK, LIZ!

Do your Witch hunting in your own state, LIZ, you should have started with Harvard not target them after, in so doing proving your intention was to target the schools and undermine their influence on their own student body. Stefanik is a bully but worse than that she is an overt unapologetic criminal. She has proven to her party that she will go the extra mile and put her neck out there and take out anyone even private citizens she has no qualms about it and she’ll pat herself on the back even when others don’t.

I’m not that kind of back patter Liz, I’m here to tap you on the shoulder and let you know it’s time to go. So get out right now, write your resignation letter and don’t make the American people come get you out of there. Make yourself the example and do the right thing now and leave with a heartfelt apology letter to every American pinpointing the myriad of ways you let the American people down to elicit the favors of a foreign government.

That one time in American history that privately funded American college presidents had been deprived of their right to free speech;

Dec 12, 2023 (MSNBC)

By now, we all know that the school’s president, Liz Magill, struggled mightily to answer this question. … Stefanik, R-N.Y., tweeted, “One down. Two to go.” … MIT and Penn, as Republican… Penn president resigns; Stefanik vows Harvard and MIT next

Dec 13, 2023 WASHINGTON, D.C. (AP News) — Over five hours at a congressional hearing, lawmakers pressed the presidents of Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania and MIT on the topic of antisemitism… Rep. Elise Stefanik grilled Penn President Liz Magill, along with the presidents of Harvard and MIT, during a hearing Tuesday over their response to antisemitism on their campuses.

If left up to Stefanik and her co-conspirators in the 118th this would not be a crime but the normal method of practice for all members of congress who hear things they don’t like other people saying out their outside interests.

Home Rules & Standards of Conduct Conflicts of Interest

The application of ethics laws, rules and standards of conduct is fact-specific.

Providing advisory guidance to Members, officers, and employees is an important part of the Committee’s work, and the Committee strongly encourages Members, officers, and employees to contact the Committee and seek advice whenever possible.

Members, officers, and employees are generally prohibited from using their official position for personal gain. This basic principle is embodied in several sections of Senate Rule 37:

    Senate Rule 37.1 – A Member, officer, or employee shall not receive any compensation, nor permit any compensation to accrue to his or her beneficial interest from any source, the receipt or accrual of which would occur by virtue of influence improperly exerted from his or her position as a Member, officer, or employee. This provision was intended as a broad prohibition against Members, officers, or employees deriving financial benefit, directly or indirectly, from the use of their official positions.

Similarly, Senate Members, officers, and employees may not engage in any outside activity that creates a conflict of interest, or the appearance of a conflict of interest, with their Senate duties.

    Senate Rule 37.2 – No Member, officer, or employee shall engage in any outside business or professional activity or employment which is inconsistent or in conflict with the conscientious performance of official duties. The legislative history of this provision states that it should be read to prohibit any outside activities which could represent a conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict of interest.

Keeping Biden in place assured a victory for Trump and Stefanik’s foreign agenda.

Rep. Elise Stefanik should resign as a member of 119th congress, and as a now higher-ranking member in her party than before due to that can be attributed to her actions during those hearings which means that Elise Stefanik profited directly from her participation in her crime that she committed for her party like a mob member rising in the ranks Stefanik proved she was cold-blooded enough to kill the softest targets with the largest weapon’s in her arsenal.

Rep. Elise Stefanik should be made to render her resignation and apology letter immediately.

If any American every again is made to sit as a “witness” to give testimony in from of Stefanik and by extension to the same murderous overlords that Stefanik answers to as if her job depends on it, American’s will know for certain that this government is not of the people or for the people but is an allegiance of criminal conspirators working with a foreign government against the interest of the American people. She should be the first to go she hates America and the American constitution more than anyone every has.
